    Community ShareCam's goal is to create a safer community through the partnering of residents and business owners with the Pompton Lakes Police Department. By joining Community ShareCam the registrants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
35. 1) Any video footage collected by the Pompton Lakes Police Department relating to criminal activity may be used in the investigation and as evidence during any stage of the criminal proceeding.
37. 2) Video footage provided to the Pompton Lakes Police is reserved for official use only.
39. 3) Under no circumstances shall registrants construe that they are acting as an agent or employee of the Pompton Lakes Police Department through the Community ShareCam Program.
41. 4) When necessary the Pompton Lakes Police Department will contact you directly using the information you have provided to obtain surveillance video footage.
43. 5) You agree not to release any footage or still images to the media without consulting with the Pompton Lakes Police Department.
